Transparency – Refund terms are clearly published before enrolment.
Fairness – We balance student flexibility with the operational costs of scheduling instructors, labs, and licenses.
Compliance – The policy meets Indian consumer-protection law and relevant e-commerce guidelines.
One Payment Source – All refunds are credited to the original payment method; alternate destinations are not permitted.
Definitions
Course Start Date – Self-paced: the moment we grant access to content. Instructor-led: the date/time of the first live session.
Consumption Threshold – The percentage of content (videos, assessments, downloads) a learner has accessed, tracked by our LMS.
Administrative Fee – A fixed ₹1,000 charge that covers payment-gateway and processing costs where stated.

Hybrid Courses (Live + Self-Paced)
The stricter of the Self-Paced or Instructor-Led rules applies for each respective component.
Include Details – Full name, registered email, phone, course name, payment ID, and reason.
Response Time – We acknowledge within 24 business hours and may request supporting documents.
Decision – Issued within 7 business days after we verify eligibility.
Disbursement – Processed within 7–14 banking days via the original payment channel. Transaction timelines depend on banks/payment gateways.
Non-Refundable Items
Registration or application fees expressly marked “non-refundable.”
Live-class recordings, downloadable code bundles, or datasets already delivered.
Tools, software licenses, or third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf.
Bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or interest incurred on EMI plans.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first following the refund procedure constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:
Suspend your account and certificates, and
Recover any chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor.
Course Transfers & Substitutions
Transferring enrollment to another individual is not allowed. You may, however, request a batch transfer (same course, different schedule) once, subject to seat availability and a ₹500 rescheduling fee.
Updates to This Policy
We may amend this Refund Policy to reflect changes in law or business processes. The effective date appears at the top. Material updates will be announced by email and on our website at least 7 days in advance.
